|1||Homemade Gourmet® Black Bean Salsa Mix|
|1 2.25-ounce||sliced black olives*, undrained|
|1 large||ripe avocado, peeled and diced|
|2 10-ounce||cans diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained|
|1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. (Beans must be covered in liquid to rehydrate.)|
2. Cover bowl and chill at least 2 hours before serving. (You can refrigerate this salsa for up to 5 days.)
3. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
*Note: If you omit olives, add 1/3 to 1/2 cup water.
